What our home cleaning service involves

Our regular home cleaning service covers the areas that need consistent attention to keep your home feeling lived-in but not cluttered or dirty. We work through the rooms in a set routine, which means nothing gets missed and you know what to expect each visit.

We bring our own equipment and supplies. You don't need to provide anything — though if you have specific products you'd prefer we use, we're happy to accommodate that as long as they're appropriate for the surfaces involved.

This isn't a deep clean — areas like the inside of the oven, inside cupboards, or behind large appliances aren't typically included in a regular visit. Those areas are covered under our deep cleaning service. Most homes benefit from a deep clean once or twice a year alongside regular cleaning.

We'll have a short call or exchange of messages to understand your specific needs and confirm what's included in the visit. We give you a clear price at this stage — no hidden costs or surprise charges.

First visit

We'll arrange a convenient day and time for your first visit. We typically need slightly longer on the first visit to get familiar with the property and establish our routine.

Regular visits

After the first visit, we settle into a regular schedule — the same day and time each week, fortnight, or month. We try to send the same cleaner each time so they become familiar with your home.

What to expect (honestly)

A regular clean will keep your home in good order but it won't address built-up grime in areas that aren't cleaned frequently — that's what our deep cleaning service is for. We'd normally suggest starting with a deep clean if the property hasn't been professionally cleaned recently, then moving to regular visits afterwards.

We're a small team and operate locally, so we're not going to be the right fit for very large properties or very complex situations. We'll be upfront about that before you book.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients give us a key or a code so we can access the property while they're out. We only do this once you're comfortable with the arrangement and after an initial visit where we've met in person.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
We try to make this happen wherever possible. Occasionally unavoidable things come up — illness, holidays — and we may need to send a different team member. We'll always let you know in advance if that's the case.
What if I need to rearrange a visit?
Just get in touch as soon as you can. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice where possible, but we understand life doesn't always cooperate. We'll rearrange where we can.
Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes, we bring everything we need. If you have products you'd prefer we use — for example if you have preferences about certain chemicals or scents — just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Are you insured?
Yes. All of our work is covered by public liability insurance. You can ask us for details at any point.
