Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using any of our services. By booking a service with Brampton Cleaning Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All quotations we provide are estimates based on the information you supply. A final price will be agreed before any service begins. We reserve the right to revise a quoted price if the actual scope of work differs materially from the information provided.
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date, time and service with you. We will send a confirmation by email or message where possible. Until a booking is confirmed, we cannot guarantee availability.
You are responsible for ensuring that our staff have safe, unobstructed access to the areas being cleaned at the agreed time. This includes providing any access codes, keys, or entry arrangements needed.
You should inform us in advance of any hazards, fragile items, pets, or anything else that may affect how we work. We will take reasonable care, but we cannot be held responsible for damage to items that are undisclosed, inherently fragile, or improperly stored.
You should ensure that any pets are safely contained or removed from the cleaning area for the duration of the appointment.
We will carry out the agreed service with reasonable care and skill. Our staff are trained, and we carry public liability insurance. We will communicate any issues, delays, or concerns to you as promptly as possible.
Where a service cannot be completed due to circumstances outside our control (such as no access, unsafe conditions, or hazards not previously disclosed), we reserve the right to charge for time already spent.
Our pricing is set out on our website and in any quotations we provide. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. For regular services, payment is typically due within 7 days of each clean. For one-off or deep cleaning services, we may request payment in full or in part in advance.
Late payment may result in suspension of scheduled services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with applicable UK law.

We will always try to work with you if something unexpected arises.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the clean taking place. We will discuss your concern and, where appropriate, arrange for remedial work at no additional charge.
We are not able to accept complaints raised more than 48 hours after a service has been completed, as it becomes difficult to assess the cause of any issue.
We carry public liability insurance. In the unlikely event that our staff cause damage to your property, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address it through our insurance process.
We are not liable for loss of earnings, consequential losses, or indirect losses arising from any damage or service issues. Our total liability to you in connection with any service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
We typically bring our own cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific preferences — for example, if you prefer eco-friendly products, have allergies, or wish us to use your own supplies — please let us know at the time of booking.
We will not use any product that we consider unsafe or unsuitable for the surfaces in question.
Our staff treat all visits to client properties with complete discretion. They will not discuss your property, belongings, or personal circumstances with third parties. We expect the same in return: please do not ask our staff to remove items from the property, handle valuables without supervision, or carry out tasks outside the agreed scope of the booking.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
